appointment or by calling or e-mailing our office). A 10% Buyers
Premium will be added to the bid price and will be considered
part of the total purchase price. Settlement and Balance due
within 24 hours of accepted offer/bid. Balance must be settled
in full before any items are removed. Time is of the Essence. All
items will be sold in "As
Is" "Where
Is" and "As
Existing" condition. All measurements are approx.
